Day 1 Optimal Experience

 

Hi friend! My name is Valentin and I am your coach | trainer for next 21 day ! 

Welcome to Flow: Optimal Experience — a training designed to help you:

  • Do what you’re already doing — but better
  • Stop doing what no longer makes sense
  • Finally start what you’ve been putting off or avoiding

But honestly, it’s too early to decide any of that now.

Before making any important decision, it’s always worth taking time to think it through — and align your mind, your heart (emotions), and the needs of your Soul.

This journey is here to help you reconnect with yourself, unlock your inner potential, awaken your energy, and step into — or deepen — your personal state of Flow.

That’s why we’ll leave decisions for later. One of the goals of this process is to help you make decisions that are more thoughtful, more conscious — and as a result, much more effective. A good decision is one made in full alignment with yourself. And to reach that alignment — you first need to learn how to really listen to yourself. That’s exactly what we’ll be working on here.

Let’s begin.


🔹 First practice:

The Inner Stream

Take a moment and ask yourself:

If your my current life were a natural water source, what would it be?

  • A calm flowing river?
  • A stagnant swamp stuck in one place?
  • A powerful current blocked by boulders?
  • A small stream longing to join a great river?

Close your eyes.

Visualize yourself as this water source.

What do you see?

Whatever came up — it’s not just a fantasy. It’s a symbol, a metaphor that speaks from your subconscious. You may already know: the subconscious doesn’t think in logic — it speaks in images. And this one has meaning.

🌊 A stream wanting to merge with a big river? That could be a small business ready to partner with something greater.

🌾 A swamp? That’s stagnation, asking for fresh flow and a new direction.

🌪 A stormy sea with crashing waves This might symbolise conflict or inner turmoil — problems you’re facing within yourself or with the outside world.

🏜 A dry desert with no water in sight This could represent burnout or deep fatigue. Your task here isn’t to fight — it’s simply to find the well, the source of life and energy you’ve been missing.

🧊 A frozen lake Still on the surface, but solid and unyielding. This may reflect emotional suppression or creative freeze. The key might be to let some warmth in — melt the ice gradually.

🎯 Task 1: Understand your current Flow.

  • What did you feel?
  • What did you see or experience internally?
  • What insights or messages came up?

BTW, don’t worry if it doesn’t really click — there will be more exercises coming. The whole idea is to find what actually works for you. So just take it easy, try the practice, and let it unfold naturally. Detachment from the outcome is actually a great mindset when it comes to any creative process.

Introduce Yourself

Introduce yourself in a short voice message:

  • Minimum: 20 seconds
  • Maximum: 1 minute

You don’t have to share your water image (unless you feel like) — that’s personal. But share your thoughts and insights.
